WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SCHEDULING YOUR NEWBORN SESSION BEFORE BABY HAS ARRIVED?
Each of my sessions are tailored to each client. The first thing we do when an Inquiry comes in is set up an in studio consult! This is where you get to come and see the studio and plan out all the details to capture all the sweetness of your brand new baby perfectly. Because the best time for your newborn session is 2-3 weeks within baby's birth , scheduling a head of time gives us time to fit that consult in before the session itself.
My studio is filled with handmade outfits, props , head bands, accessories and wraps/blankets in every color to use for your session.
Planning ahead not only helps me prepare for your session but it also helps you prepare as well. After bringing home baby you don't want to have to be worrying about planning outfits for yourselves while still trying to get settled. Coming into the studio allows you to see the different setups you would like to use for the parent/family/sibling poses and allows you to choose the outfits ahead of time . I am always here to help guide you in finding the perfect outfits as well.
At the consult we talk about which poses you love the most, any specific requests you have and if you have any questions or concerns regarding the session. I love getting to meet and talk with Moms and Dads before their session so we can go over everything to ensure you are comfortable, relaxed and can enjoy every moment of your little one's session.
One of the most fun and exciting parts of the your portrait experience is choosing how to display your beautiful images! During the consult you can view, hold and feel all the high end gorgeous custom products to see what would work best in your home.
Planning ahead also gives me time to plan and design custom set ups like Baby Sutton's adorable 4th of July/summer Theme, does it get any cuter?! 😍 And of course Harry Potter!
Planning your session a head of time helps your portrait session be more fun , less stressful and an overall wonderful experience!
